This is available for immediate sale and occupancy. The completed Housing Complex is air conditioned, heated, furnished and ready for occupancy and immediate delivery from Baytown, Texas. A 500 KW backup power diesel generator is available to fully power 100% of the living complex if local power is not available. NOTE: A second 120-person Housing Complex is also available for sale and can be completed for occupancy and delivered within 90 days of request.

2. These Living Quarters include a 50-person capacity commercial galley/cafeteria, media rooms, office space and laundry facility for residents, in addition to sleeping quarters.

3. These modular Living Quarters were constructed for an international oil company to the highest quality hurricane resistant standards and are designed for workers or residents in virtually any location.  

4. The completed Living Complex can be delivered and operational within 48 hours and will provide full AC/Heat, food services and other resident living services for up to 120 residents.

5. Each Living Complex can be stacked up to five stories, or each of the five floors can stand horizontally alone on the ground as a community complex. 

6. The Residential Living Complex includes the 500KW backup power diesel generator.​

7. A Helideck for medical evacuation purposes is available and may be purchased for installation on the roof of the quarters at additional cost from the manufacturer.​
